The organizing team of The Tall Ships Races Tallinn 2021 is looking for up to 500 volunteers for its team who would help to ensure the smooth organization of the big event both before and during the event. In return for the help, the volunteer will gain valuable work experience in organizing a major international event, many good friends both here and abroad, and an exclusive opportunity to get acquainted with the inner life of the world’s largest sailing ships. You can apply for a volunteer position from the age of 16, and applications will be accepted from March 10 to April 16, 2021.

THE LOADER is a strong volunteer who is not afraid of building or lifting. The Loader is of assistance if, from time to time, it is necessary to take, bring and transport something somewhere - together, we build up grandstands, set up fences, help where something needs to be changed or moved around.
ECO-WARRIOR helps save the planet. The Eco-Warrior helps to explain to the (foreign) guests the need for waste sorting.
COURSE INFLUENCER is a volunteer who likes to take pictures and film people and events and can write in Estonian without mistakes.
