Invitation for Journalists: The Tall Ships Races 2024 Tallinn
Ahoy, esteemed journalists!

We invite you to join us on board for the Tall Ships Races Tallinn 2024 regatta from July 11 to 14, 2024! We are proud and delighted to host the largest sail training ship regatta in Europe in 2024.
The Tall Ships Races is Europe's largest and longest-standing sail training ship regatta, bringing over 60 large sailing vessels from 10-15 different countries around the world to three ports in Tallinn. The fleet arriving in Tallinn’s harbors comprises 1500 crew members, many of whom are young trainee sailors aged 15-25. The grand and extraordinary maritime celebration will take place at Seaplane Harbor, Noblessner Marina, and Old City Harbor.
For four days, the grand maritime festival will offer a unique opportunity to discover the excitement and cultural diversity of the city. Tallinn is a historic maritime city, and the sea laid the foundation for its importance as a Hanseatic city and has shaped the lifestyles of its residents over centuries. Beautiful beaches, city facing the sea, harbors with a special atmosphere, cafes, galleries, and maritime museums – all of this fits along the city's 46-kilometer coastline.
The Tall Ships Races Tallinn 2024 schedule:
July 11 – arrival of sailing vessels, opening ceremonies, receptions
July 12 – visits to sailing vessels, crew parade, concert program in harbors
July 13 – visits to sailing vessels, concert program in harbors, conclusion of the maritime festival
July 14 – maritime parade, concert program in harbors
We look forward to welcoming you to Tallinn!
